More Than Just a Job: What Keeps the MixDigital Team Committed

There is a saying that love lasts three years. In marketing, it can fade even faster. We are ready to break that pattern. Here, we spotlight the people who have grown with MixDigital over time, each with their own story, united by a common passion for systematic digital marketing.

Guiding MixDigital’s growth since 2016

“I remember joining the team when we were still the sales department at Admixer. Looking back, I am proud that we grew from a small sales unit into one of the leading agencies in Ukraine.
For me, MixDigital has always been about people. It is a team of professional, proactive specialists who are ready to go the extra mile to achieve both company goals and strong results for clients.
People are our greatest asset. It matters that every employee knows they can influence decisions and take part in shaping the agency. Everyone is welcome in strategy sessions and encouraged to share ideas. If someone has ambition and the skills to grow, we do everything we can to make MixDigital a place where that growth is possible.”

Increases sales in the agency since 2013

Anna was one of the first people to join what would later become the agency. She is a clear example of a self-made professional who grew from a sales manager into a leadership role, now managing a large team.

“I was working at a media holding as an advertising sales specialist. What drew me in was the opportunity to join the Admixer team. I had always wanted to work with large international brands, and I was genuinely happy when that opportunity came my way.”

For 10 years of work, Anna had to develop new processes for client cooperation and build a new business department, first in Ukraine and now in international markets.

Anna says MixDigital has become a big part of her life. It is a place she genuinely cares about and where her ambitions have room to grow.

“I have never felt bored at work. The agency gives me everything I need to develop and move toward my goals. And knowing I work with people who can take on any challenge together is incredibly motivating.”

Building new client partnerships since 2013 for new clients since 2013

Nataliia says the agency gave her room to grow in ways she never expected.

“Things were always changing. New tools, new approaches, new services. We grew our expertise, started working with bigger and international clients, and expanded what we could offer. That constant sense of movement kept me motivated. Honestly, I never even thought about working anywhere else.”

What matters most to her, though, is the people. Over the years, colleagues stopped feeling like just coworkers and became people she is genuinely close to.

Supporting the agency’s operations since 2016

Victoria joined MixDigital almost by chance. She recalls the transition as a turning point:

“At the end of 2015, Admixer acquired the company I was working for, and we had to adapt to new ways of working. Strong management helped us put everything in order, and from then on, I became part of MixDigital’s strategic journey.”

She is grateful that her voice was heard and her ideas taken seriously.

“At first, I did not expect to stay long, so I openly pointed out what was not working. That honesty helped shape early changes. Today, I am happy to be part of a team that keeps moving forward and reaching goals we could not have imagined at the start.”

Helping people grow with the agency since 2017

Anna came to the agency with a broad background in organizing work across different fields. She had run her own business and worked in customer service, so stepping into a business process role felt more like an opportunity than a challenge.

Over time, Anna took on marketing responsibilities and later moved into HR, where she built people processes from the ground up.

“I finally found my place. I do what I am good at and what I genuinely enjoy. I am glad to work in a company where I can grow and realize my potentiaFor me, the team always comes first. I am proud that we have built a culture where people feel valued, are not afraid to make mistakes, and can grow in line with their strengths. That human approach is what matters most to me at work.”

Turning performance into results since 2017

Before joining MixDigital, Ihor worked as a marketer in fintech and later at a performance agency. What keeps him engaged is the constant challenge: entering new markets, launching products, and growing alongside the business.

“For me, the agency is first and foremost about people. A team of professionals and like-minded individuals who motivate each other, take on complex challenges, and see them through. I also value the respect for different opinions and the culture we have built here. Just as important are the opportunities for continuous growth. Over more than six years, I gained invaluable experience and grew from a strategist into Performance Director. If you stay proactive and care about results, many doors open.”

Building long-term client partnerships since 2017

Yuliia moved into digital from the banking sector. “It took me a while to decide to make such a big change, especially without any digital background,” she says. “When I first walked into the office, it felt like stepping into a hive. Everyone was busy, talking at once, and using terms I did not understand.”

She spent time getting up to speed and credits her colleagues’ patience and support for helping her find her footing in a completely new field.

“I don’t know what it’s like to work in other agencies and I don’t want to know. I can’t imagine myself outside the agency. I love my colleagues, I value my manager, and for me, the company is already something more than just a place of work.” 

People are the most valuable part of any business. And when the team treat what they do with their hearts and souls, this is something any company can be proud of.
